You don’t need any technical skills to use Videomat®. You just follow easy steps, add video footage, add music, add your texts and create! We want you to simply have fun while creating your video.

You can use our free 10-day free trial to see how it works and if it meets your needs.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN VIDEO FOOTAGE AND MUSIC TO CREATE VIDEOS?
If you don’t have your own video footage and music that you can use you will find lots of stock video and music files inside Videomat®. There are also ready animation for all purposes. So you can create whatever video you need without having your own video, photo or music content.
WHAT DO I NEED TO USE VIDEOMAT®?
All you need is just a device that is connected to Internet and a web browser. The Videomat® is working online. Anytime, anywhere you are.
HOW CAN I USE THE VIDEO MADE BY VIDEOMAT®?
You can use the video created in Videomat® in all social media, on your own website and in any digital marketing campaign.
WHAT IS THERE IN THE PREMIUM PLAN THAT IS WORTH PAYING FOR?
In premium fee you will receive more possibilities of expression. The free trial is to check how it works and other plans are suitable for regular use of video creation.
HOW CAN I REMOVE WATERMARK OF VIDEOMAT.COM?
When your FREE Trial changes to Paid Paln, your video files will not have the Videomat.com watermark on.
HOW CAN I RESIGN?
You can resign whenever you want. You just cancel subscription in your control panel. As soon as your last paid subscription expires, the next subscription period will not start.
HOW MANY USERS CAN USE THE APPLICATION FROM ONE ACCOUNT?
1 user can use 1 account.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal, credit cards, debit cards. You can also pay by a traditional wire transfer.
HOW TO CHANGE COLORS IN MY ANIMATIONS?
To change the basic colors of your video you need to enter the project’s settings and there you can either choose from ready color palettes or choose your own colors.
HOW TO CHANGE MUSIC IN MY ANIMATION?
To change the music background of your video you need to enter the project’s settings and there you can either choose no background or choose one track from the library or simply add your own music file.
IS THERE A VIDEOMAT WATERMARK ON EVERY VIDEO MADE WITH VIDEOMAT?
There is a Videomat watermark added to every video only in Free Trial. In all the Paid Plans you will not have a watermark embedded in your video.
CAN I USE VIDEOMAT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES?
Yes, you can use Videomat for commercial purposes. You just need to choose any of the Paid Plans as our Free Trial is only for non-commercial purposes.
WHAT IF I USE MY NUMBER OF DOWNLOADS PER MONTH?
You can either wait for the new subscription period to renew the monthly limits or you can renew your subscription at any time to reset the monthly limits.
WHAT IF I DON'T USE ALL THE MONTHLY LIMITS? CAN I USE THEM NEXT MONTH?
The limits are not transferrable to the next period, which means, that if you do not use your monthly benefit limits in the current month, they will not be transferred to the next month.
